Here is what the Brewer Says:
hI.P.A. begins and ends with big, bountiful bites of hops, hops and more hops while maintaining the barest hint of a malty middle in the mouth.
TYPE: India Pale Ale
YEAST: English Ale
HOPS: Columbus
MALTS: Pale
ABV: 6.7 GRAVITY: 15.50 Plato IBU: 70
My Thoughts: The beer poured a clear golden darker yellow, the head that you see quickly went. The smell was mostly citrus with a hint of pine. The taste of this IPA is not complex at all. The floral, citrus and piney hoppiness is with you from start to finish. There is a slight malt presence in the middle of this beer which adds just a touch of sweetness and a little body to it. It is a very crisp drinking beer. The hop notes will linger on in your mouth well after you have had your sip. Body is light and carbonation was medium I picked this up as a single and having it once was enough for me. I wouldn't go out of my way to buy this again, but if you see a single or a 6-pack it is worth a try if you truly like to try different hoppy brews. Serving Type: Bottle
My Rating: Overall 73.5/100
