Here is what the Brewer says:
Velvety Cream Stout highlighted by chocolate malt and roasted barley. This silky stout is finished with Caribou Coffee’s Lacuna Blend dark roast beans.
6.5% ABV 30IBU
My Thoughts: This beer pours black with a tan foamy head. The smell is pure roasted coffee, with very subtle hints of dark chocolate, and lightly roasted malt . The taste follows the nose straight into the coffee flavor and is accompanied mid-drink by dark roasted malt and barley with a hint of bitterness. The mouthfeel of this was good, it finishes clean with some coffee bitterness. The body is not as thick as it looks, I'd call it medium with a little higher than medium carbonation. The drinkability will vary based on how much you love coffee. Personally I could drink this all day because I love coffee. This beer is not overly complex in its flavor. I felt it was a well balanced and very flavorful coffee stout.
