Here is what the Brewer Says:
Another Big Sister of the Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ Ale.... Loads of Malted Wheat for a Curious Malt Foundation and a Light Color, But Our Belgian Yeast Leaves a Huge Flavor and Complexishness.
ABV: 7.8%
ABV: 7.8%
My Thoughts: Light in color with a large white foamy head that lasted the duration of this beer. The smell was very wheaty. This beer has a lot of Malted Wheat which gives it its malty flavor and lighter color. They also use a Belgian Yeast which gives an even bigger flavor profile. It had a slight bitterness at first taste, but after that it got a little sweeter but remained tasty. The body was lighter and the carbonation was medium. This is a beer that you sit back and enjoy the complexity of without having it blow you away. That being said, 1 on draft here or there is good, but I don't see myself buying a 6-pack of this.
