Cleveland Beer Week 2012 Giveaway #1

In the weeks leading up to Cleveland Beer Week 2012 I'll be running a series of giveaways to help promote Cleveland Beer Week (CBW)!   If you are unfamiliar with CBW, here is a very quick rundown of what to expect.  The fourth annual CBW will take place from October 19-27, 2012, and will feature hundreds of craft beer tastings, dinners, demonstrations, leisure activities, educational programs, and specials at bars, restaurants, and grocers throughout Cuyahoga County. Established in 2009 as the first event of its kind in northeast Ohio, CBW is a not-for-profit, collaborative celebration that raises awareness of the strong craft beer industry while promoting patronage at local establishments and energizing the region’s retail economy.  The feature events that I'll be giving tickets away for donate some, if not all, of the proceeds to the Malone Scholarship Fund!

Now on to my first giveaway.   I have 2 tickets to give to one lucky reader to the Magic Hat 2nd Annual Liquid Scavenger Hunt!  This event will take place on Saturday, October 20 from 5-9 p.m., and will begin at Market in Rocky River. At Market you will receive your liquid passport and start the "liquid hunt." You will then proceed on foot to Riverwood, Jammy Buggars, Plank Road Tavern, and Winking Lizard Lakewood . The event includes your liquid passport, t-shirt, pint glass, beer samples at all 5 locations, food at Winking Lizard, and transportation back to Market after the hunt.  Tickets for the event can be purchased here, and cost $20 per person.
